Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, specifically the Service Cloud, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role requires excellent documentation skills, technical acumen, and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Expertise:
    • Understand and analyze the high-level functionality of Salesforce and its Service Cloud.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and align them with Salesforce capabilities.
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  2. Business Analysis:
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
    • Assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet both technical and business goals.
  3. Documentation & Communication:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, SLDC artifacts, and user stories.
    • Develop polished presentations, reports, and advanced Excel workbooks to communicate project progress and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all documentation and communication align with project objectives.
  4. Project Management Tools:
    • Work with JIRA for creating epics, tracking sprints, and managing tasks.
    • Leverage Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
    • Utilize SharePoint for content management and organization.
  5. Process Management:
    • Support Agile delivery processes, ensuring timely delivery of sprints and maintaining clear visibility of project status.
    • Assist in creating SLDC documentation as needed.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders to ensure the delivered solutions meet business expectations.
    • Act as a key point of contact for issue resolution and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly the Service Cloud.
    • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce delivery team.
    • Strong track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
    • Familiarity with SLDC documentation and Agile methodologies (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
