As a Junior/Medior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technical talent to meet our growing business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to earn bonuses for each successfully placed candidate.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Engage with potential candidates, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively to understand their career aspirations.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance.
Candidate Assessment:
- Evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure the quality of candidates presented to hiring managers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the hiring team.
- 1 year of technical recruiting experience.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and its talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
