- HCGT Review/Updates - Keep the process clean

- Labor Credits all - CATS/other forecast/planning

- HW/SW renewal opportunities

- Benefit Realization

- Product Hierarchy Updates

- Training & Champion

- Communicate financial deadlines (BPC, Accruals, ECR, all financial deadlines)

- Support operational reviews with VT leads

- AMS monitoring

- AWS (cloud) monitoring costs

- Ensure business cases are developed, delivered, and closed with value metrics within the Cap App tool

- TCO Variance analyses (everything outside of a project)/Make transparent and 'frictionless' data and reporting that enables team to make informed decisions with accurate information for TCO cost categories.Ensure source data is maintained accurately (ITP, stewardship) for quality insights.

- Drive prioritization conversations leveraging transparent and robust TCO data

- Pilot new tools and capabilities as they arise / Central BIT Processes, Apptio, etc
