We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for syncand planing the activities for multiple product lines, the execution of  product roadmaps and strategies with a focuson customer experience. Youwill also be responsible for raising project awareness of risks and issues. Asa project manager, you will collaborate with the architecture, engineers, andproduct owners to determine the timeline of product releases and activities onboth IT and business side. Once the guidelines have been established, you willmonitor staff and ensure everyone finishes their tasks and moves towardscompletion in an agile methodology.

 

KeyResponsibilities:

·             Maintain open and clear communicationchannels between various teams involved in project delivery, such as value teamleads, product line leads, project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation paths tostakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of IT projects.

·             Leadership and performancemanagement of delivery teams, including software engineers, quality engineers,hardware engineers, and data analysts.

·             Establish the team and processesto deliver high-quality releases of several applications that meet establishedproduct and technology roadmap timelines

·             Identify potential risks and issuesthat could impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies andcontingency plans to address these risks and maintain project progress.

·             Continuously assess and refine projectdelivery processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Identifybottlenecks and areas for improvement and implement best practices.

·             Leverage the roadmap knowledge to prepareinputs for informed decisions and guide project teams.

·             Provide a culture supportive ofoptimal individual contribution and teamwork.

Qualifications:

·             Bachelor’s degree in computerscience, Information Technology, or related work experience.

·             Proven experience (5 years) in ITproject coordination, orchestration, or related roles.

·             Strong understanding of projectmanagement methodologies and frameworks.

·             Experience with work in agileenvironment with focus on delivery product increments

·             Experience with SAP modules(e-commerce, payments) is an advantage

·             Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·             Exceptional communication skills,both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical conceptsto non-technical stakeholders.

·             Demonstrated ability to analyze andsolve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.

·             Familiarity with IT infrastructure,software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies.

·             Proficiency in project managementtools and software.

·             PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrumcertifications are a plus.

·             Experience with customer facingsystems would be preferable
