- Monitor the SAP BW system for performance issues. - Perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist users with BW-related issues and queries.
- Respond to and resolve incidents related to the BW system.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions. - Work closely with other IT teams, such as Basis, ABAP, and business analysts.
