Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces that meet functional requirements and technical specifications. Contribute to the application development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Perform code reviews and build testing approaches using development best practices and performance metrics. Collaborate with QA teams to validate implementation quality and functionality.
• Develop technical documentation frameworks, create durable component libraries for future reuse, and design comprehensive implementation systems.
• UX & Product Design: UX strategy, design systems, experience mapping, user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, visual design, inclusive design, conversational UX, design system integration, design optimization, storytelling in design, UX writing.
• Research & Testing: User research, usability testing, qualitative & quantitative methods, research & insight synthesis, requirements gathering, product discovery, hypothesis building, experience evaluation.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, designevangelization, mentoring, agile methodologies, scrum, design thinking, adaptability, critical thinking.
• Lead end-to-end design processes, including UX strategy, design systems, prototyping, and implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability across products.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and mentor junior designers.
• Work in agile environments, contributing to product roadmaps and sprint planning.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, preferably in B2B platforms.
• Expertise in UX strategy, experience mapping, wireframing, visual design, and inclusive design.
• Strong research capabilities: qualitative & quantitative methods, usability testing, and hypothesis building.
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, Asana, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Jira, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to engage stakeholders and lead design discussions.
• Industry exposure in healthcare, insurance, financial services, software & hi-tech, and digital solutions
