Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Experiment Design and Execution (EDE) Specialist to join our dynamic and Agile EDE team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation and configuration of Riffyn Signals Notebook (SNB) technology within the MAH R&D labs. This position requires a strong understanding of SNB technology and the ability to configure and optimize the system for repetitive product sprints.
Key Responsibilities:

- SNB Implementation: Collaborate with the EDE team to implement and configure Riffyn SNB technology in the MAH R&D labs.
- System Configuration: Configure and optimize the SNB system to support repetitive product sprints, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support the training and education of internal technical analysts on SNB configurations and relevant technologies. Facilitate knowledge transition and sharing to build a robust and knowledgeable EDE team.
- Workflow Optimization: Assist in the development and optimization of data workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate data management and analysis.
- Scripting and Automation: Utilize scripting languages like R and Python to enhance data analysis and workflow automation (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience with Riffyn Signals Notebook (SNB) technology, including implementation and configuration in an R&D lab environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data workflow tools and scripting languages such as R and Python is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile team, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and train team members.
- Location: Based in Europe or willing to work in EU timezones.
