We are looking for team member skilled in handling incoming support tickets related to Mulesoft and Java implementations, as well as participating in ongoing system maintenance within our scope Our team specializes in delivering and managing integration flows predominantly utilizing the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, but also incorporating custom-developed Java applications vital for end-to-end workflows. The individual we seek will manage and assess incoming support tickets, troubleshoot and ascertain the root causes of the issues reported. Furthermore, this role includes aiding in routine maintenance tasks and systematic monitoring of the systems.
Main activities:
- Respond to technical support tickets and communicate how to resolve issues
- Analyze root cause of the issue and communicate with other team members about the possible resolution
- Maintain good progress through to resolution on tickets
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults
- Support of regular maintenance activities (password management, access key rotations, support of monthly
patching activities, …) for implementations in Mulesoft, Java and AWS
- Communication about maintenance activities to stakeholders
- Engage in the improvement of current technological solutions and operational tasks automation
Skills:
- Mulesoft Anypoint platform
- Java, JavaScript, Angular, Spring boot
- Familiarity with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL)CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
- Experience with Docker containers and cloud solutions (AWS)
- Understanding of collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, ServiceNow)
- Strong communication abilities, proficient in English both written and verbal.
